After 16 years in an Investment Banking Company, I moved onto pursue a career in coaching, specifically Meta Coaching. I am an Associated Certified Meta Coach (ACMC) and Meta-NLP Practitioner, with training in Neuro-Semantics, NLP and Meta-Coaching with emphasis on Meta-States, the Matrix and Axes of Change and Self-Actualization Quadrants. My area of focus is in behavior coaching. My other training background includes Business Psychology & Human Behavior and Group Process & Consultation.
